El inicio de la siguiente fase se percibe. Las cartas sobre la mesa están siendo sorteadas. Un recuento de sucesos contundentes seguidos por el deseo de paz y narraciones relajantes.

Antes de proceder con un momento de liberación de la mente, deseo tocar brevemente el siguiente tema opresivo:

Sé que iniciará otra etapa. Podría iniciar de súbito, o bien, en «modo temporada», lo que significaría de manera lenta. Pero tiene que ver afirmativamente con la precaución y esto es parte de mi legado: activo, organizado, precavido con el empeño de solucionar los problemas que puedan presentarse y concluir los irresolutos.

Inicia el día tres de enero. Enviando una solicitud de cada año a mis abogados para conseguir el apoyo relacionado al trámite y al pago del impuesto predial, de cuyo pago se encarga de cobrar y posteriormente lucrarlo el municipio en donde está el inmueble. Por cierto, hoy sigo interpelando para saber ¿porqué un territorio tan frecuentado por turismo, con un nuevo aeropuerto en la cercanía, modernos circuitos de tren y en las áreas tan céntricas frecuentadas, no existen instalaciones para el drenaje público y para el trato adecuado de las aguas residuales? Así desde el año dos mil dieciséis.

Se han cumplido diez meses desde que se encuentra más estable el inmueble, es decir, en buenas manos, lo cual es en cierto modo tranquilizante, puesto que el objetivo magnífico sería conseguir un interesado comprador y esto se ha estado promoviendo desde mediados de dos mil veintiuno con reacción exigua.

La propiedad es hermosa, un oasis [aquí un poco]. No obstante, resulta importante mencionar, que a raíz de contundentes sucesos se suspendió el deseo de seguir invirtiendo y en efecto, inicié con la promoción de la venta.

En julio de éste año podrían ser ya tres años desde que incoé el proceso de recuperación de otra hermosa propiedad considerada en litigio, ya que se llevó a cabo la manipulación de mis documentos por parte de criminales para intentar robármela. Según los reportes, las maniobras ilegales fueron puestas en marcha en el año dos mil diecinueve [más acerca].
Durante el dos mil veintitrés hubo fricción en la relación «cliente-abogado», sin que esto hubiese aparentemente afectado el proceso.

Para ir liberando la mente, la imagen que acompaña el inicio de ésta otra etapa es un personaje masculino llamado Catalina. Sí, has leído bien. Quedé sorprendido cuando le pregunté: «¿Quisiste quizá decir Catalino?», a lo que me respondió sin duda y firmemente: «No. Mi nombre es Catalina».

La profesión de Catalina es mecánico. Trabaja muy lento pero bien. Su hogar está en una región de la Tierra en la que todas las casas están relativamente amontonadas, construidas en estilo gótico, todas de forma similar con blocs grises de piedra y entre colinas, ubicadas entre calles muy ásperas y de terracería… [Continúa]

The beginning of the next phase is perceived. Cards on the table are being drawn. A recounting of compelling events followed by the desire for peace and relaxing narratives.

Before proceeding with a moment of mind liberation, I wish to briefly touch one more time the following oppressive topic:

I know another stage will begin. It could start suddenly, or in “season mode”, which would mean slowly. But it has to do affirmatively with caution and this is part of my legacy: active, organised, cautious with the determination to solve problems that may arise and conclude unresolved ones.

It starts on January 3rd. Sending a request each year to my lawyers to obtain support related to the processing and payment of the property tax, whose payment is in charge of collecting and subsequently profiting from the municipality where the property is located. By the way, today I continue questioning to know why a territory so frequented by tourism, with a new airport nearby, modern train circuits and in the highly frequented central areas there are no facilities for public drainage and for the proper treatment of the sewage water? This has been the case since the year two thousand sixteen.

Ten months have passed since the property is more stable, that is, in good hands, which is somewhat reassuring, since the magnificent objective would be to find an interested buyer and this has been promoted since mid-2021 with little reaction.

The property is beautiful, an oasis [here a little]. However, it is important to mention that as a result of overwhelming events the desire to continue investing was suspended and in fact, I began promoting the sale.

In July of this year it could have been three years since I began the process of recovering another beautiful property considered in litigation, since criminals manipulated my documents to try to steal it from me. During 2023 there was friction in the “client-attorney” relationship, without this apparently having affected the process.

To free the mind, the image which accompanies the beginning of this other stage is a male character named Catalina. Yes, you read it right. I was surprised when I asked him: “Did you perhaps mean Catalino?”, to which he answered me without a doubt and firmly: “No. My name is Catalina”.

Catalina’s profession is a mechanic. He works very slowly but well. His home is in a region of the Earth in which all the houses are relatively crowded together, built in Gothic style, all similarly shaped with gray blocks of stone and among hills, located between very rough and dirt streets… [Keep following].
