Elementary turn

A series of events has been taking place since the beginning of May of this year.

The month in which the first signs of instability began to appear, after approximately thirteen months in which everything was relatively calm, as far as the family economy was concerned.

Mainly because the tenants of two beautiful properties in Tulum began to mutually show marked instability in a very similar way.

Starting from the topic of the context in which it was placed in the hands of the current administration and the topic of advocacy, everything was working practically smoothly, since what is specified in the context offers the tenant the freedom to feel free, keeping the property, of which I am the legitimate owner, in order and clean for his benefit, for the benefit of the other parties and even for the benefit of the owner through the payment of the rent.

Three months ago the issue arose that the palisade with more than thirty meters in length, which surrounds part of one of the properties, was almost destroyed due to its deterioration over time. This gave me the impression that the presence of those who live there were perhaps waiting for the situation of “complete destruction” to send the report. Because if it had received adequate maintenance to rebuild it, as it was falling apart, the expense could have been avoided. Finally, and for the complete renovation, we agreed together with the tenants to divide the expenses into two thirds, of which the largest part to be paid corresponded to the owner. We divided the expenses into three monthly payments, ending in the month of July.

In addition to the above, the initial tenant of the other property, with whom the first gentlemen’s agreement was made in March 2023 and with a rental modality for an initial period of twelve months, began to “wash his hands” regarding the responsibility to maintain the agreement and to keep the property in good condition, granting the position to a third party, whose skills for communication, technology and coherence are manifesting themselves in a very scarce and diminished way. 
Without knowing for sure where all this situation is going, we hope to have better results to generate business with those who cross our lives, making use of coherent communication and consequent results.

Due to the above mentioned situation, I decided to make use of my technical skills and other support means to start opening a project called ›Bucéfalo on Telegram‹, which is mainly made up of the tenants of both properties, an excellent maintenance person and bots.
We consider it optimal at any time to increase the team with more conscious and consistent people, so that all the parts that make up the team continue to support each other and enjoy the benefits that a well-organised property, in a tourist area such as Tulum, can offer.

With an identical process, I decided to rehabilitate ›the project of my multimedia graphic design company on the same platform‹ and to update ›the website‹ towards a more congruent content, in relation to the bitcoin topic.

Giro elemental

Una serie de sucesos se ha venido dando desde inicios de mayo de éste año.

Mes en el que la primera señal de inestabilidad comenzó a mostrarse, después de aproximadamente trece meses en los que todo andaba relativamente tranquilo, en lo que a la economía familiar concierne.

Principalmente porque arrendatarios de dos hermosas propiedades en Tulum comenzaron mutuamente a mostrar marcada inestabilidad de forma muy análoga.

Iniciando desde la temática del contexto por el que se puso en manos de la administración actual y el tema de la abogacía, en cuanto a los giros de ambas propiedades, de las cuales soy propietario de manera legítima, todo iba funcionando prácticamente de forma independiente, ya que lo especificado en el contexto ofrece la libertad al arrendatario de sentirse libre, manteniendo la propiedad en orden y limpia para su beneficio, para el de las demás partes e incluso para el beneficio del propietario a través del pago de la renta.

Hace tres meses surgió el tema de que la palizada con más de treinta metros de longitud, la cual rodea parte de uno de los predios, estaba casi destruida a raíz de su deterioro con el tiempo. Esto me dio a entender que la presencia de quienes allí habitan esperaban quizá a que llegara la situación de «destrucción completa» para reportarlo. Porque de haber recibido el mantenimiento adecuado para reconstruirla, conforme se iba deshaciendo, podría haber sido evitado el gasto. Finalmente y para la renovación completa, acordamos junto con los arrendatarios, dividir los gastos en dos terceras partes, de los cuales la parte mayor a pagar correspondió al propietario.  Dividimos los gastos en tres pagos mensuales, finalizando en el mes de julio.

En adición a lo anterior, el inicial arrendatario del otro Lote, con quién se llevó a cabo el primer acuerdo entre caballeros en marzo del 2023 y con modalidad de renta para un periodo inicial de doce meses, comenzó a «lavarse las manos» en cuanto a la responsabilidad para mantener el acuerdo y en mantener la propiedad en buen estado, otorgando la posición a un tercero, cuyas habilidades para la comunicación, la tecnología y la coherencia se están manifestando de manera muy escasa y menoscabada.
Sin saber con certeza a dónde va toda esta situación, esperamos contar con mejores resultados para generar negocios con quienes se cruzan por nuestras vidas, haciendo uso de coherente comunicación y consecuentes resultados.

Por la situación arriba mencionada, opté por hacer uso de mis habilidades técnicas y otros medios de soporte, para comenzar con la apertura de un proyecto denominado ›Bucéfalo en Telegram‹, el cual está integrado principalmente por los arrendatarios de ambas propiedades, por un excelente personaje de mantenimiento y por bots.
Consideramos óptimo en cualquier momento, acrecentar el equipo con más personas conscientes y consecuentes, para que todas las partes que lo integramos, continuemos apoyándonos y viviendo de los beneficios que una propiedad bien organizada, en una zona turística como lo es Tulum, puede ofrecer. 

Con un proceso idéntico, opté por rehabilitar ›el proyecto de mi empresa de diseño gráfico multimedia en la misma plataforma‹ y por actualizar ›el sitio web‹ hacia un contenido más congruente, en relación a la materia bitcoin.
