Remark about Vegworks Graphics

All within the meaning “ups and downs.”

Reeling between good and “very bad streaks,” VgWs has been an ongoing project since 2008.

The most complex stage is present, since from beginning of 2021 the company carried out a “collective” project, together with a renowned Tulum’s magazine, called at that time Hola Tulum.
My job as a Graphic Designer was to develop an entire model for magazine’s edition.

The team was quite unstable, given that the magazine’s director seemed to be going through a pretty difficult time as well, along with the restrictions, which were carried out very strictly between 2019 and 2021 by the government and many other believers.
This, among other economic-social aspects, led in a little less than a month to the end of the relationship that the director and I had. However, the experience was quite pleasant for me. I was very hopeful the project would flourish and I did my best to give it a try.

Shortly before all this –mid-2019–, the opportunity to work together with RDT (Reporte Diario Tulum) was about to arise. Through communication there were several agreements between RDT’s administrator and me. Perhaps because of  “debauchery” on the part of the administrator, nothing finally happened –I still don’t understand what the precise reason was.

The creativity and expansion of projects continues “without interruptions,” in relation to what is offered on Vegworks Graphics website. However, the direction has been combined since beginning of 2022, between the “structural design of writing and languages”, to continue creating, in addition to multimedia products, narratives, stories and other deeper rubrics.
