It is a luminous reminder of the importance of caring for our inner temple, making conscious decisions about what we allow into our body and mind, and always seeking truth, natural healing, and the full freedom of being.

Development: The Urban Metaphor and the Conscious Pause
Yesterday, I embarked on a beautiful journey to Zurich with my partner, with the purpose of attending Clara Sophia’s concert. The journey was a river of harmony and enriching conversation. Upon arriving in the city, we observed an interesting metaphor of contemporary urban design: the traffic lights. I noticed how the road architecture invites prolonged pauses, prioritising stillness. As we observed the rhythm of the city, I reflected on how these spaces teach us to practise patience, to observe our surroundings with fresh eyes, and to seek alternative routes, maintaining our internal flow in perfect calm amidst external rhythms.

We chose to elevate our vibration before the event, consciously deciding how to spend our energy. With ample time to spare, we treated ourselves to an experience at a Hammam, a space of purification, relaxation, and delightful flavours. Afterwards, a stroll took us through beautiful gardens full of life and flowers, a true oasis that disconnected us from the urban noise.

The surroundings, with their touches of Gothic and ancestral architecture, invited us to wander through constructions where stone and time seem to vibrate in unity, reminding us of eras when humanity lived in greater harmony with its environment.

Climax: The Sonic Embrace
Our final destination was a temple of masterful architecture. We positioned ourselves in the front row, right in front of the podium where Clara Sophia and her partner Yuval awaited us. As the scene began, beautiful ancestral frequencies flooded the space. It was a sonic embrace lasting over two hours where time stood still; singing, dancing, harmony, peace, and love intertwined in an atmosphere that transcended the modern to connect us with our purest roots.

Conclusion: A Collective Compass
This journey leaves me with a profound and beautiful reflection on how we choose to inhabit this planet. It invites us to constructively orient our collective priorities: where do we direct our energy and social permissions? It is a call to align our compass as a society to empower those practices that truly nourish life, holistic health, and freedom of movement, fostering a world that celebrates existence in its most maximal, pure, and luminous expression.
