Desde que recibí una respuesta de la abogada, quien trabaja para el mismo bufete jurídico al que he estado pagando desde 2021 para resolver el litigio relacionado con mi propiedad, me indicaron instrucciones imperativas para adaptar mi posición a sus exigencias el pasado 22 de abril de 2025 y repetidamente el 28 de Abril. A Future on Solid Roots

Since I received a response from the lawyer, who works for the same law firm I have been paying since 2021 to resolve the litigation regarding my property, I was given imperative instructions to adapt my position to their demands on April 22 and repeatedly on 28 April, 2025. Apparently, they consider this as “a strategy,” although it seems rather dubious. As a result, I have intensified my efforts in compiling the evidence and the protocol for which I hired them. I have also researched more deeply into the reasons why, after almost four years, a favorable outcome has not been achieved.

Additionally, my websites, which originally focused on publishing the artistic environment in which I work and offering professional graphic services, are being slightly adapted recently to include narratives related to life situations alien to my nature but that aim to affect me and even disable me from achieving my main goals: acting for the good and always with empathy.

I have learned that in my home country there exists a level of corruption that is difficult to uncover, yet it is creating victims across various fields, particularly in the area of real estate fraud, where I have been adversely affected for nearly four years.

The calls for alliances are becoming a physical protocol, designed to survive decades, hopefully centuries. My skills, acquired and practised over more than sixteen years as a freelancer (independent worker), will be used as a minimum tool to confront any negligence or criminal acts committed against me.

Systematic reconstruction of master plans:
These were part of innovative projects such as Avalon Tulum, Velicano Verde, and the strengthening of the ongoing Bucéfalo initiative.

Eine Zukunft mit festen Wurzeln

Seit ich eine Antwort von der Anwältin erhalten habe, die für die gleiche Kanzlei arbeitet, der ich seit 2021 bezahle, um den Streit um meine Immobilie zu lösen, gab sie mir am 22. April und wiederholt am 28. April 2025 imperative Anweisungen, meine Position ihren Forderungen anzupassen.
