Mucho de lo que sucede en el Planeta Tierra es intrigante.

La era durante la que se escuchaban comentarios acerca de los portales en una determinada parte del planeta, ha dado para mí un vuelco. Se trata de la «comunidad» de Tulum.

La primera vez que puse un pie en este suelo fue en el año 1983. Después de Playa del Carmen, que era un pequeño pueblo. Había una carretera de doble sentido y en partes camino de terracería hacia Tulum.

Me enamoré de las playas, sus colores, el olor de la brisa marítima y muchos otros aspectos energéticos.

Volví a ese lindo lugar en el año 1998, junto con mi esposa.
Ambos, junto con otros amigos, pasamos momentos inolvidables en las Cabañas Santa Fé, junto al faro más cercano a las ruinas, en ese entonces administradas por Bob. Estuvimos allí aproximadamente diez días. 

En el 2002 volvimos al mismo lugar, para pasar allí aproximadamente tres meses, en aquel tiempo aún administradas por Bob.
Durante este tiempo nos ganábamos la vida haciendo artesanía, pintura, arte textil. Nos alimentarnos la mayor parte del tiempo alimentándonos con productos derivados de Coco. Yo iba ocasionalmente a cazar¹ al mar en «modo buceo libre». Aveces sólo, aveces con algún amigo.

En el año 2010 mi esposa, nuestro hijo y yo, visitamos una cabañita en lugares mas remotos a las ruinas de Tulum, rumbo al sur.
Nuestro hijo allí se enfermo. Le dio mucha fiebre, porque estuvimos en una cabaña de elevado costo y con muy mal servicio. Los mosquitos y otros bichos lo atosigaban.
Así que decidimos trasladarnos a otro lugar. Afortunadamente el capital para nuestra estadía nos alcanzaba para permitirnos espontáneamente otra estadía. Nos dirigimos a un hotel confortable, el Dreams Tulum. Allí se él se recuperó rápidamente.
Al siguiente día yo organicé un vino tinto argentino para el cumpleaños de mi esposa, que estaba muy próximo.
Nuestra experiencia y recuperación en el lugar fue como haber «atravesado un portal». Todo cambió de «la noche a la mañana». Estuvimos allí durante otros diez días aproximadamente.

En diciembre de 2015 volví, porque mi esposa y yo teníamos la posibilidad y decidimos comprar una propiedad muy cercana al centro de Tulum.

Las transmisiones externas y coyunturas fueron desde un inicio desagradables en Tulum. Para empezar por el trato tan desconsiderado después de haber hecho un primer pago requerido de USD 130,000.- divididos directamente entre el vendedor, la notaría y el broker.

Durante el intento de estabilizarnos, entre el 2016 y el 2019, «abundaba la sensación de los portales». Se daban en nuestros sueños, se manifestaban entre la comunidad, entre los visitantes, entre otros integrantes de la comunidad y fundadores de Uno, en la costa.

The era during which we heard comments about portals in a certain part of the planet has changed for me. This is the “Tulum’s community.”

The first time I set foot on this land was in 1983, after Playa del Carmen, which was a small town. There was a two-way road and in parts a dirt road towards Tulum.

I fell in love with the beaches, their colours, the smell of the sea breeze and many other energetic aspects.

I returned to that beautiful place in 1998, together with my wife.
Both of us, along with other friends, spent unforgettable moments in Santa Fé Cabins, next to the lighthouse closest to the ruins and managed by Bob. We were there approximately ten days.

In 2002 we returned to the same place to spend approximately three months there, at that time still managed by Bob.
During this time we lived doing crafts, painting, textile art. We ate most of the time Coconut products. I occasionally went hunting¹ into the sea in “free diving mode”. Sometimes alone, sometimes with a friend.

In 2010 my wife, our son and I visited a small cabin in more remote places than the ruins of Tulum, heading south.
Our son got sick there. He got a high fever, because we were in a high-cost cabin with very bad services. Mosquitoes and other bugs harassed him. So we decided to move to another place.
Fortunately, the capital for our stay was enough to spontaneously allow us another stay. We headed to a comfortable hotel, the Dreams Tulum. There he recovered quickly.
Next day I organised an Argentine red wine for my wife’s birthday, which was very close.
Our experience and recovery there was like having “walked through a portal.” Everything changed “overnight.” We were there for another ten days or so.

In December 2015 I returned, because my wife and I had the opportunity and decided to buy a property very close to the center of Tulum.
External transmissions and situations were unpleasant from the beginning. To start with the inconsiderate treatment after having made a required first payment of USD 130,000 – divided directly between the seller, the notary and the broker.

During the attempt to stabilise, between 2016 and 2019, “sensation of portals abounded.” They occurred in our dreams, they manifested among the community, among visitors, among other members of the community and Uno’s founders, on the coast.
